Jackson Brown grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota where he spent his winters on the ski hill and his summers on water. Sports and athletic endeavors have always been a part of Jackson and his desire to be the best he can be

After working with Ron Kipp, renowned coach and trainer, Jackson made the decision to attend Montana State University where he studied Health and Human Performance in his B.S. minoring in Coaching. Then went on to a M.S. in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Sciences where his research focus was Ski Performance and Coaching Education. 

At 45N Coaching, Jackson uses his professional and academic experience to build up mountain sport athletes who strive for excellence.
